Critically important is that Environmental Assessments & Solutions, Inc. ONLY provides independent consulting and testing services - NEVER abatement or remediation services. Our assessments and recommendations are therefore NOT biased by conflict of interest issues such as the desire to conduct removal or clean-up services. Many environmental consulting companies offer remediation and abatement services which may bias their recommendations - we do NOT.

Many environmental contracting companies provide consulting and testing services which they may not be insured, certified or qualified to conduct but do so to get a foot in the door with customers - we do NOT. Our company uses independent certified laboratories to conduct sample analysis and the latest non-invasive testing equipment which provides immediate on-site results. Our company is fully licensed and insured to provide environmental consulting and testing services.

Our independent laboratories are accredited by New York and Connecticut State to provide asbestos and lead sample analysis and are accredited by AIHA to provide mold sample analysis.

Our company offers emergency service 24 hours per day for 7 days per week. Environmental Assessments & Solutions, Inc. always guarantees their assessments and solutions.
